Read the notice first
Every recruitment has its own list. File sizes, formats, certificate validity and the exact certificate format are set in the notification. This checklist covers what most applications ask for.
Common reasons forms are rejected
- Photo or signature in the wrong size or format.
- Category certificate not in the prescribed format or not valid on the cut-off date.
- Name or date of birth that doesn’t match across documents.
- Not finishing the fee payment before the fee deadline, which can be different from the form deadline.
