1. About the site

YogyaTrack is an independent website that collects and explains government job notifications in India. It is not a government website and is not connected with the Government of India, any state government, or any recruiting body. We do not recruit, take applications, collect application fees or promise jobs.

2. Information on the site

We summarise official recruitment notifications to make them easier to read. We try to keep the information accurate and current, but recruiting bodies can change or correct notifications at any time, and summaries can contain mistakes. The official notification always prevails. Confirm dates, eligibility, fees and instructions on the official notification before you apply or pay anything.

3. Eligibility checker and other tools

The eligibility checker, age calculator and document checklist are guides only. They compare what you enter with details in a notice and may be incomplete or wrong, for example where a notice is unclear or has post-wise rules. They do not decide whether you are eligible; only the recruiting body can do that. You are responsible for checking your own eligibility and for the accuracy of any application you submit.

4. Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful or to harm others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
• use automated tools to copy the site on a large scale or to republish our content as your own;
• present this site, or its content, as an official government service.

Search engines and normal browsing are welcome. Linking to our pages is fine.

5. Saved jobs and browser storage

Features such as saved jobs and the document checklist store data in your own browser. We do not back it up and cannot recover it if you clear your browser data. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Official notifications and the information in them belong to the recruiting bodies that issued them. The design, layout, software and our own wording and summaries on this site belong to YogyaTrack. You may share a link to a page or quote short extracts with credit, but you may not copy the site or large parts of it.

7. Links to other websites

We link to official recruitment websites and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Beware of fraud

Government recruitment is free of agents. YogyaTrack never asks for money, a “registration fee” or a bribe to help you get a job, and no genuine recruiter will either. If someone claiming to be connected with us asks you for money, do not pay, and report it to YogyaTrack@codewing.app.

9. No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the information is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the site will be available without interruption or errors.

10. Limit of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogyaTrack and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage, including a missed deadline, a rejected application, a lost fee or a lost opportunity, that results from using the site or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
